Founded in 2014, nGen has built a strong foundation in cross-industry collaboration, technology-driven solutions, and strategic partnerships in the global market.
Over the years, we have worked closely with C-level executives across North America and Asia, including major Consumer Electronics (CE) manufacturers, media platforms, and service providers. These long-standing relationships reflect our ability to build trusted, win-win partnerships with Tier-1 companies.
Our experience spans digital platforms, media technologies, defense/space and market entry support capabilities that now form the backbone of our cross-border consulting practice, connecting U.S. market opportunities with Korean innovation and manufacturing.
1. Mobile based Contractor-Customer connecting Service Platform
We successfully launched Fixbid, a mobile platform connecting contractors and customers for home repair and remodeling services in the Bay Area. The platform significantly improved service accessibility and operational efficiency, and today supports a network of more than 600 service companies.
2. NFV-Based Premium Content & Platform Solutions
We delivered Network Functions Virtualization (NFV)-based premium content and GUI solutions for major Video Programming Distributors (VPDs), Over-The-Top (OTT) platforms, and CE manufacturers—enhancing content delivery performance and end-user experience.
3. Full HD/UHD Graphics Solutions for Smart Devices
We developed and implemented script-based Full HD/UHD graphics plane utilization for Smart TVs and Set-Top Boxes (STBs), improving visual performance and user interface capabilities across consumer devices.
4. Current Strategic Market Entry Projects
We are currently supporting and preparing U.S. market entry initiatives across multiple high-growth technology sectors.
Our active projects focus on commercialization, regulatory readiness, partner development, and go-to-market execution for the following areas:
- Solid-state electrolyte–based EV battery technologies, supporting U.S. market entry and strategic partnerships within the electric vehicle ecosystem.
- Smart farming solutions, including market assessment and business environment preparation for expansion into the U.S. agricultural technology market.
- Innovative point-of-care diagnostic devices, focused on new market creation and early-stage commercialization in the U.S. healthcare and diagnostics sector.

In 2018, our company was focused on building practical, execution-driven experience at the intersection of technology, platforms, and global markets.
This period marked the foundation of what would later become nGen Consulting’s core strength: translating complex technologies into market-ready business opportunities.
During this time, our work centered on:

Bridging Commercial Innovation with Defense and Space Markets
By 2025, our company has evolved into a specialized execution partner for complex, high-reliability markets—including defense, space, and advanced technology sectors.
This evolution has been driven by years of hands-on experience in the LEO satellite component supply ecosystem, working across procurement, qualification, testing, and cross-border coordination.
Our recent work has involved:
- Supplying and coordinating critical electronic components for LEO satellite programs
- Managing complex vendor, test lab, and logistics networks across the U.S. and Korea
- Supporting customers through qualification processes, reliability requirements, and schedule-driven delivery environments
Through this experience, we have developed a deep understanding of what it takes to operate in defense- and space-grade markets, where reliability, traceability, and execution discipline are non-negotiable.
